5. Requirements for Participation

Registration for authors and attendees is free. Nevertheless, space is limited and the event organizers reserve the right to refuse admission. Registration for the event must be completed as an attendee or as an author. The attendees must upload a letter of presentation from their universities, businesses or institutions in PDF format. Authors must upload a letter promising participation from their universities, businesses or institutions in PDF format.

The letter format can be downloaded from the same website. In either case, attendees and authors will receive a letter of acceptance via email. Please do not begin making travel arrangements such as transportation or housing until you have received the acceptance letter. Only authors who complete certain criteria will be accepted to present during the event and be published in the event memories after the event.
